Immerse yourself in a private sound bath with Mat Creedon and experience deep relaxation and healing. With an array of sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, you can choose to either sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a yoga mat as the warm resonant vibrations envelop you, allowing your mind and body to reach deeper states of rest and healing.
